Documents the home’s condition by reporting on functional and safety-related deficiencies of the home’s major systems (roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliances, exterior, interior, attic, foundation & structure). We go far above and beyond the industry accepted minimum standards.
Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.
A homeowner may want a list of repairs to work off of. Sometimes, it’s difficult to objectively evaluate your own house. An objective inspection report can help the homeowner prioritize home repairs.
Uses FLIR Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology to scan all interior home surfaces to help identify hidden deficiencies such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, moisture intrusion, missing insulation, leaking ducts, and overloaded circuitry. This is included at no additional charge with every home inspection!
Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses. A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacements of home components.
